About me

I hold a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS), San Francisco and a B.A. in Cultural Anthropology from The University of California at Santa Cruz (UCSC). My resume includes work in residential, school-based and community agency settings.

I am continuously awed by the human spirit and feel honored to accompany my clients on their journey of self-discovery and healing. I am passionate about personal growth and am dedicated to my own spiritual and mindfulness practices.

I have trained professionally in the areas of grief, trauma therapy, brain science and mindfulness with the National Institute for the Clinical Application of Behavioral Medicine (NICABM), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Institute (SPI), Spirit Rock Meditation Center, East Bay Mindfulness Center (EBMC) and The EMDR Institute. I am a level 1 trained EMDR therapist.

My practice is inclusive. I work with clients of various ages, races, sexual orientations, religions, and gender identities. I strive to create an open and safe environment for all potential clients. I work through a social justice lens, taking into account the ways that social and cultural factors and systems shape our identities and lived experience.

When I'm not with clients, I love spending time with family and friends, enjoying the bounty and beauty of Sonoma County.
